A new year means a new start. Whether the last 12 months were good to you, stressful, or make you not even want to think about the past, the turn from December to January is the perfect time to make goals for yourself to help yourself improve or to get rid of a bad habit you may have.
Every year, I try to make a couple New Years’ resolutions. Now, whether I stick with them or not is another story, but at least at the start of the year, it’s nice to think about bettering myself so early on in 2020.
