‘Twas two Sundays before Christmas when all through Lake Bluff

Not a creature was stirring, not even a coyote;

The stockings were hung by the fireplace inserts with care,

Knowing that St. Nicholas soon would there;

The children were nestled in North Face fleece by the door;

With visions of candy canes and hopes for much more;

And mamma in her yoga pants and I in my LB-125 cap,

Had just silenced our phones for a short morning nap,
