The poke bowl at Kamehachi comes in two sizes ($10 for small or $14 for large). This particular version is a Fire Bowl, made with brown rice, marinated salmon, scallion, tobiko (fish roe), jalapeno, edamame, furikake seasoning, avocado, cilantro, oshinko (pickled radish), pickled ginger, wasabi mayo, spicy red sauce and Kamehachi’s signature dressing.
The Nutritionist’s Smoothie ($9.76) is made from almond milk, spinach, vegan coconut oil, dates, avocado, blueberries, pineapple and banana.
The Wilmette sushi roll ($8.49) at AO Sushi is made with brown rice and features tuna, salmon, avocado and spicy mayonnaise.
